Experimenting with structure

I still don't like this one, I have a feeling I will be starting from scratch in a very big way to reintegrate my perfect ideal of a layout...  I made some badass art to cover shit for another design but its dark colors and structure just didnt meld well with my integrated content... This may be a temporary structure, or I may find myself creating an entirely fresh and robust system.  Either way it will still use SQL and PHP.
